Taught MSc in English Language

The MSc/Dip English Language is a one-year taught programme that focuses on the structure of English, offering option courses on aspects of the history of English, on current varieties of the language and on a number of approaches to the study of English.

The MSc can function either as a stand-alone Master's qualification, or as a basis for further postgraduate study (typically at PhD level).
