A one-year taught Masters programme concerned with computational methods for the automatic processing and study of spoken and written language systems, from phonetics to computer speech recognition, parsing to natural language understanding and beyond.
The flexible programme provides research or vocational training and can be either freestanding or leading to PhD study. The modular nature of the programme allows students to tailor it to their own interests.
