Oral presentations
Accepted oral presentations are allocated 30 minutes each, including setup, questions and change-over. We recommend planning on a 20 minute presentation with 10 minutes for questions. There will be a data projector and speakers available.
Poster presentations
Poster boards will be set up for A0 size posters in landscape format only (1189 x 841 mm / 46.8 x 33.1 in).
If you would like to print your poster on-site, you may wish to contact a local printer. Some options include
