The plan is to put up a few useful quizzes on the material in the book that have been tested on classes. They will be in miscellaneous formats: HTML, Word, WordPerfect, PDF, or Postscript as indicated (I do not have the time to create each of them in the full array of file formats). I am happy for them to be used for educational purposes in non-profit institutions such as universities. I reserve all commercial rights, however. But I would advise instructors to use them as models and make up similar quizzes with changed questions, because there are as yet no plans to make this a password-protected professors-only site: the samples will be just as accessible to students as to faculty.
