4 April 2006: Abstract submission is now closed. Abstracts will no longer be accepted.
Offers of papers are now invited and must reach us by Friday 31 March. Papers will last 20 minutes, with a 10 minute discussion period to follow. The option is also available to present a poster. Poster presentations will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 19 April.
E-mail submissions to the organizers should contain the following:
- Name
- Name of Supervisor
- Subject Area
- Degree Course
- Year of Study
- Information regarding availability during the conference
- Preferred method of presentation (poster or paper)
- Notification of technical support required
Abstracts should be send as an attached Microsoft Word document of no more than 250 words, including title and e-mail address.
Please not that the aforementioned deadlines should be respected by all participants and no exceptions will be made regarding this. Participants will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts within five days of submission.
